Return conditions: You can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product. The product must be unused, complete and in its original packaging, including all accessories and instructions.
Application process:
Please contact the customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return.
We will review your application and provide a return authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Refund processing: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. Once it is confirmed that the product meets the return conditions, you will receive a refund. The refund will be returned in the original payment method, and the processing time is generally 14 working days.
Shipping: About return shipping:
If there is a quality problem with the product or the wrong product is sent, we will bear the return shipping cost.
If you apply for a return for personal reasons (such as dislike, color mismatch, etc.), the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
Special note: Customized products and combination kits will not be accepted for return once they are produced or unpacked.
